Palm today announced that Verizon would start selling Palm as a standalone phone today without having to tie up with the existing telephone and even cheaper for $ 199. Also, a 50% discount should be on the accessories.

Also, Palm said it was working to improve cameras, including HDR, color balance and shooting in low light conditions, as well as improving battery life.

Palm dnes informoval, že Verizon ode dneška začne s prodejem Palmu jako samostatného telefonu bez nutnosti svázání se stávajícím telefonem a dokonce i levněji, za U$199. O 50% zleněné má být také příslušenství.

Kromě toho Palm informoval, že pracuje na vylepšení kamer včetně HDR, vyvážení barev a focení při horších světelných podmínkách, a také na vylepšení výdrže baterie.
