Recenze T-Mobile Sidekick II

Minulý týden jsem vás informoval o tom, že se T-Mobile Sidekick II má již brzy začít prodávat u sousedů v Německu. Předpokládaný začátek prodeje byl stanoven na červen.

V kontextu této zprávy by se zájemcům o toto zařízení mohla hodit jeho rozsáhlá recenze (Danger Hiptop II je jen jiné označení pro T-Mobile Sidekick II), která nedávno vyšla na serveru HowardChui.com.

The Hiptop2 is a hard phone to categorize. Is it a smartphone or just a regular one? It has a keyboard, regular website browsing, and has a large display. On the other hand it can't record videos, play music and has no removable memory.

I really enjoyed the Hiptop2's ease of use. However I also felt that the Hiptop2 should be able to do a lot more. After all, besides the built-in camera, the Hiptop2 isn't much of an upgrade feature-wise compared to the original Hiptop.

In the end, the Hiptop2 does what it does extremely well. However if you're a big power user you might find the Hiptop2's extensibility leaves something to be desired.
